There are many hundreds if not thousands of words used in the multitude of human languages, both archaic and in disuse and "living" and in-use, that identify the same thing and processes as words we use it this book. Whatever word you use to identify something is fine...and throughout your reading of this material, you will find yourself reading something that sets off an association inside your mind. allow that association, but don't limit what you read to any limitations or definitions you may have imposed on that associated idea. In other words, whether you call Tao, "God," or chi, "energy," makes no difference. A rose by any other name is still itself...even in alternate realities. What that "rose" self is, on the other hand, may be a mite bit different than you expect. :-)
